A shared purpose
The purpose intended to unite those that live in the community, is for all living things to thrive together and self-actualize at the truest level of our blueprints.
Our true blueprint nature, once free, whole, and aligned with our inner source, is powerful, creative, and oriented towards love and life. In living this way we’re able to make the greatest contributions to the Earth through our purposes within the whole human ecosystem.
Part of this is in embracing the enlightened yet embodied ways of nature and consciousness, cultivating health, enlivenment, empowerment, connection, purpose, creativity, and service to life.
Another is in bringing beauty and inspiration to others and ourselves. We therefore value aesthetics and conscious design in order to expand and elevate consciousness.
A further key is in the social design of the community, creating generous and regular training opportunities, containers of processes and practices (as we have begun with neos·academy).
We’re invited to do the work we’re inherently designed to re-member, and live as we were each divinely designed to live.
Attuning to ‘Creator’
How this unfolds as the village and its inhabitants develop:
Self-actualisation, heart-centred living, sovereignty, purpose
Community culture of respect, efficiency, healing, symbiosis
Environments based on ecological harmony and natural beauty
Most people say that the primary challenge to this is in the social arena— conflicts and power challenges.
But behind all social challenge is our own individual stuff: unconscious stories, unhealed traumas, unmet needs, avoided shadow, etc etc. It is really, actually THIS that stands in the way between us and our dream life.
This is why beyond the social design of right governance, communication and conflict resolution skills, lies the deeper invitation of healing and awakening into Creatorhood.
We are already beginning to attune new members to this through our:

A Deeper Note on Sovereignty & Diversity
We aim to be a community of awakened, empowered, sovereign, authentic, heart-intelligent individuals who are creating something of benefit to future generations.
There are many communities that have a strong cultural identity, guru, or community ideology, communities that are designed by extroverts for extroverts, or people that don’t already have busy, purpose-driven lives. This is not sustainable for a diversity of people with families, businesses, that are well on their own purpose paths, or in unique and sensitive spiritual processes.
We believe that everyone should live freely and joyfully, respected as empowered creators of their unique paths by the community. This means that each person has ample space within which to fully unfold and actualise, and that there are many community containers through which to expand or receive constructive support.
We alchemise ‘sovereign individual’ with 'unified community,’ by creating unity through sovereignty, knowing that actualised individuals give the most back to the world.
Here the whole purpose of ‘community’ is to support and uplift each other’s unique blueprint path and our collective amplified power, rather than hold each other back.
We are each striving to be highly responsible, committed, and brave, with a foundation of love and kindness towards all life, and celebrate these qualities over certain spiritual or intellectual qualities that can lose this foundation and feed a sense of superiority.
Here everyone embraces a fundamental and profound understanding of the power dynamics underlying conflict and drama. Here we strive to give power to each other, not take power from each other.
We understand that shifting from ‘me’ to ‘we’ is not about conformism. The base level of consciousness that each community member holds, is, “We are all different so conflicting ideas are inevitable. How can we create win-win solutions, so that we can live in harmony and each person is true to themselves?”
There is a striving for truth, through cultivating awareness, the process of enquiry, and an attitude of openness and curiosity.
Some people may live at the further edge of the community or need periods of deep solitude in the forest. Some people will want to live in the tree and others in a an open area. Some will want to live closer to each other and regularly eat and socialise together. Some need open bright spaces and others thrive in cosy intimate spaces.
Key Themes of the Community Culture
Healing-Transformation: We seek deeper healing and transformation to self-actualise, end the drama triangle, contribute to society.
New Culture: We embrace a new culture, based in deeper consciousness. We let go of old narratives and listen to what inspires us.
Education: We seek to re-skill ourselves and to inspire the world with our gifts.
Health & Wellbeing: We prioritise our health, what makes us alive and vitalised, and value each other’s practices and needs.
Resilience: How we become resilient, sovereign, self-sufficient, regenerative, on every level is a major focus.
Nature & Regeneration: Connecting with and restoring nature is a major theme that runs through every part of the culture and decisions.
Design: Everything is designed with coherence, intention, and love, to affect consciousness, creating an aesthetic that is beautiful and natural.
Purity: We cultivate a clean, high vibrational quality of energy in all we do, striving to live from the heart, with integrity, sincerity, innocence.
Diversity: Solitude, silence, stillness is valued equally to community, sound, children, movement — there is opportunity for freedom for everything.
