Dear Community,
If you’ve been following Neos for a while, you’ll know that there are major themes that we continually bring awareness to, such as:
Initiatory leaps requiring an ‘ego death,’ next-level surrender, or rebirth.
Visionary dedication to a purpose-driven path of serving humanity in the highest way possible.
Integration of experiential wisdom pools for the most (w)holistic path forward — or sometimes the middle path / the ‘third way.’
Whilst building Neos Village and Center is our particular focus, these themes are nonetheless universal for everyone on a truly conscious life path. Thus, beyond the specific manifestation of Neos, it is our intention to bring resonance and inspiration to everyone on such a journey through life.
This is our first newsletter in 6 months nonetheless, because upon successfully purchasing and permanently moving onto the land in summer, we entered one of the most challenging periods of our lives.
Using the analogy of parenthood, the baby was born and we were thrown into exhausting days and restless nights, caring for a newborn that constantly demanded everything from us. Never had either of us been so deeply ‘on track’ in our lives - and equally never so challenged!
The shedding, the surrender, the diving deeply within for new strength, new clarity, ‘new ways of being’ continues, and will always continue, because this is the real work — not the external Neos, but the internal one — the New Earth Operating System being built inside of us all as we listen to this call from deep within the human soul.
Village Update
This approach to life continues to be our most meaningful USP in fact for anyone considering to join Neos Village:
Besides the unprecedented beauty of the land and quality of life all villagers will have, we offer belonging to a community of people that are genuinely devoted to inner work and becoming an exemplary village for the world.
Many ‘similar’ new community projects gloss over this. Some are more commercially driven, selling a perfect image being projected by the marketeers. Others are more community-led, decentralised from the get go, and rapidly devolve because until structure, policy, and practices for dealing with power dynamics and financial stability have been established, it is simply a theatre of psychodynamics hidden behind the yearning to belong. Many still dream of community being created this way, but it is rapidly dying out because it simply doesn’t work.
Challenges are unlimited, and the vision is huge. We’ve always been committed to being fully authentic and heart-led, whilst creating professional structure for a solid foundation.

Become part of Neos Village in 2026
Currently we are working in a stage by stage process with multidisciplinary teams to integrate all ‘voices’, e.g. local governmental bodies, land regeneration, agricultural abundance, quality of infrastructure and facilities, the vision, and listening to the flow of the land herself.
In 2026, we will present the second major phase to become a ‘Neos Villager.’* In contrast to the first rounds, this will offer a clear and full picture, revealing the true unprecedented value of this opportunity.
You will be able to:
See the full masterplan of the whole village: natural features, roads, community spaces, kids project, wellbeing, educational and healing facilities, housing clusters, equestrian center.
Choose your exact location: e.g. the view, being in a hilltop or valley, proximity to natural features such as the lake or river, proximity to facilities such the education project, the southern entrance, the northern wellbeing facilities.
* a long-term owner-user member of the Neos community, with private occupation of a touristic unit.
In return for offering unparalleled quality of life, we will be raising the application process to become a member of the village, prioritising those who are:

Committed to become leaders of a new way — people who are excited to train to become skilled regenerative community and culture builders.
Excited to contribute to and co-create Neos Center in its mission to provide world-class services to people from all over the globe.
This will not be a sleepy community in nature filled with expats quietly going about their high quality lives, nor a hippy dream, but rather a leading example of a community of change makers and thought leaders, who are highly skilled and engaged with what Neos stands for in the world.
The owners of the 150-200 property units will be selected via their alignment with the vision, their shared passion for what we stand for, and their commitment to see it through.

2026 is going to be year of major development and restructuring — for the village masterplanning and housing offering, as well as Neos Center and the transformational framework in which we will start curating our own programs with partners.
Hiring opportunities
General Manager — someone multi-skilled and extremely experienced to oversee the general management of the Center and operations. Ideally Portuguese with a strong work ethic and ability to execute in a dynamic environment.
Events Team — skilled and self-leading experience designers, operational masters and marketing story tellers. People who are highly professional, capable, and committed.
Volunteers — stay for a week and help out with simple tasks around the property, such as cooking, laundry, maintenance jobs, land work, or something more specialist.

The ‘Neos Experience’ and other events
Whether someone is interested in joining the team, learning about our approach for their own inspiration, or joining the village, the best way to get to know us, the land and what Neos is really about is by joining our light introductory 4 day Neos Experience retreat, to be held a few times per year (the first one in March).
Each afternoon is a facilitated workshop on key aspects of becoming the ‘new human’ capable of stewarding the next culture with authentic self-leadership, energetic awareness, and social dynamic skill.
There will be other retreats, trainings and events running throughout the year which will provide more opportunities for you to come and meet us and dive into what Neos stands for. Details will be shared in follow up newsletters.

We are filled with gratitude to be here, walking this beautiful land, listening to Mother Earth and dreaming of the full magnitude of the vision she is holding.
Neos is living proof that against all odds and unthinkable challenges, with true inner alignment, integrity, courage, tenacity and the kindness of people, the dreams that live in our hearts can become reality. So our message to you and your own dreams as we birth into another year is to hold the vision, act from alignment, and keep going!
