Neos·life is again at a pivotal moment in its development. After hosting our first retreat and converting the existing spaces into a beautiful retreat center, we are due to repay the bridge loan that generously enabled us to acquire the land in the first place.
We are looking for our next residents to invest €100k towards a €200k lot. The first ten will be able to join us for an intimate weekend with Zach Bush here at Neos·life in August.
Masterplanning under way
We’re excited to share a major milestone in the evolution of Neos Village:
We will be working with world-renowned EDSA — edsaplan.com — to lead the masterplanning of our entire village, beginning in August.
EDSA is one of the most respected and visionary design firms in the world. With a 60+ year legacy of shaping regenerative communities, cultural destinations, and nature-integrated resorts across the globe, they specialise in projects that balance ecology, social connection, and long-term livability.
Their portfolio includes award-winning work in Costa Rica, Morocco, the Caribbean, and dozens of other world-class sites — always weaving in local culture, natural beauty, and deep sustainability.
In three months, the land will no longer be abstract — it will be intelligently, beautifully designed: walkable, sacred, integrated, and clear in what each homesite offers. At this point, lot prices will increase accordingly — rising into their true, premium value.
And here's where we are right now:
To repay a bridge loan by the beginning of August, we have just 8 days left to offer an unprecedented opportunity.
Until July 31st, we still have a number of future lots available at exceptional value. This moment reflects where we are in the project’s evolution — we haven’t masterplanned yet, and while we have some initial regenerative zoning, our early supporters will be the first to choose their lots when the design is finalised later this year.

The higher your initial contribution, the more benefits you receive. Our current minimum is €50k to reserve a lot, but we are calling in €100k or more to make our loan repayment happen and you will thereby enjoy priority in selecting your future lot.

Who are our community?

Since May we’ve been spending time together at the Center, collaborating on retreats and meeting up at events. We feel incredibly blessed for the ease and grace in which this already feels like family.
Retreats and events with the wider Community
Last week we welcomed 25 guests to Neos Center for an experiential training retreat by Dr. Nader Butto, a world-renowned cardiologist, scientist and spiritual teacher. It was a push to prepare the Center in time, but it was worth it to see the happiness of the participants. Here’s some feedback:

10th August Event with Zach Bush MD
Next month, Zach Bush — friend and Neos supporter — is coming to Neos Center for an intimate activation of the vision on this land. Just like our previous guest, Zach brings together medicine, science and spirituality. Watch his latest podcast on Know Thyself about 6 Powerful Lessons Nature Teaches Us About Being Human.
Whilst it is customary for a project like this to have a big launch event, Zach’s intimate activation is in keeping with our values of authenticity, simplicity, and the highest vibration — to honour the spirit and intelligence of the land, to weave our intentions to restore our natural blueprint as a response-able keystone species on this rapidly transforming Earth.
The 4-hour experience on August 10th will be open to a special intimate group of 60 people and will involve guided meditation journeys, sonic healing and breath work, a life changing talk with integrated Q&A.
There will be the option for up to 30 participants to enjoy an extended experience, including dinner with Zach, music, and two nights in one of our sanctuary rooms.
If you join us as a Village Member in the next 8 days with at least €100K contribution towards your lot, you will be gifted a free place!
Full details and ticket sales will go live at the end of this week. If you would like to make a pre-booking, we are reserving half the tickets this week for our community (with priority to our Village Members).
Once we go live at the weekend, it will be first come first served to Zach’s global community as well as ours.
