Month 1 of building a village

Reflections from a month of intense ‘hitting the ground running’ in this tranquil paradise.

Summer Action in Paradise
The last 4 weeks of being on the Neos land has been an intense period of action and transformation to make the place guest-ready after our yearlong Phase 0 marathon of being suspended in the void of uncertainty.
Whilst we have been in awe at the utter tranquility of the place — just the birds’ morning chorus is enough of a reason to come here — embodying what we stand for in creating a living model for a ‘new way of being’ now suddenly has new physical dimensions to it.
Life is emerging. Clearing the old. Building the new. Transitioning. Remodelling. Welcoming new people and energies, whilst weaving necessary bridges with the old. It is a celebration of creation and all this entails.
The heat and long days (happy solstice) bring even more energy and intensity to the beginning of this ‘Phase 1’ where many exciting developments are happening faster than we can share! We also welcomed a wonderful new team member as our property and hospitality manager.
No matter what scale or dimensionality is happening in our lives, our projects, our missions, our invitation continues to remain:
Will we stand for a new paradigm or stay enslaved to the old?
Will we lead from heart-intelligence and service to life or the programmed mind?
Will we hold true to our authenticity, highest principles and vision, or be held hostage by the weapons of fear, guilt and shame?
Any notions of ‘once we have the land we can relax a little more’ got rapidly swept under by an increased demand upon our time and energy — yet with this is the even greater invitation to be the calm peaceful centre of everything.
We constantly have the choice to be consumed by life, driven by the unconscious urge to control every outcome and manage everything that comes at us — or — trust only in the current of what is moving us from within.
The latter involves being unmoved by the waves, because you trust the wisdom of the deep ocean. But for this we need to be united with our true self, its path and purpose. We need to attune to the quantum. This is the real work.
We also experienced the joy of welcoming some of our first Village Co-Owners, who stayed with us for a few days. We celebrated this first gathering over Solstice, and experienced the beauty and kindness of community — everyone was determined to help out in some way!
And now we can announce the next round open for new village members to join the family!

Are you regretting not having joined us in May’s round? Throughout July we are offering our next round for new neos·village home-owners! This is about legacy creation.
Plot reservations throughout July 2025 are starting at €50K. Just as May’s round for our first set of village members, this is a contribution towards the total cost of the plot (deeded to you) + development, which can be from €100K+ for a tiny house plot all the way up to a full villa plot.

Multiple benefits of joining now!
Besides the list below, a major benefit is helping Neos continue! At the end of July we have to pay back our bridge loans to our lenders.
This urgency is therefore reflected in the price and other benefits below:
Best financial value: after July, reservation prices will rise, and the land area included per plot at each price point will be reduced.
Early location choice: Plot allocations are first come first served.
Greater influence in masterplanning.
Community building has already begun — be a part of it early on.
Early members rates for retreats, spa facilities, and transformative programs.
The masterplanning process will commence in Q3 this year, and based on the initial feedback, we expect to be completed by the end of 2026.
NOTE: This month will be the last opportunity to become a co-owner of Neos Village at this value. We need you! AND we want to give you this incredible life-changing opportunity to be part of a world-changing project.

We also can’t wait to receive members of our 4000+ community for in-house retreats and programs starting later this year. You can look forward to deeply healing retreats as well as regenerative and corporate programs on ‘New Earth Leadership’ and the ‘New Humanity.’
From end of July onwards we are officially open to hotel guests for well-being stays too! Stay tuned for our booking platform going live at the end of this month.
