Neos Village and Center are growing up
On 1000 acres in Alentejo, Portugal, Neos is building a village with a farm and a retreat, conference, healing and transformation center for a new way of living and being. It’s how we imagine a healthy, joyful and fulfilling life in harmony with nature, each other and ourselves.

Neos has had a busy summer. Over the last two months, we have
launched our Neos Village Reserve Program - reserve your house at Neos
launched our new village website - with everything about Neos including a detailed history and timeline, masterplanning, self-sufficiency, and much more
expanded our team, hiring a CFO and two project managers - see the team
repaid most of our acquisition debt
built a market garden that’s providing 50-100% of our daily meals ingredients
been developing NeosOS - our tech platform that is increasingly helping us to manage all things Neos
created a searchable repository of everything published about Neos
We are applying to
Portugal 2030 grants to upgrade Neos Center - here’s our vision - and our larger vision for Neos Village (2 mins video)
become a project of national interest (PIN) - one of only 15 tourism projects in Portugal
for a bank loan to accelerate our development
We continue looking for
passionate and aligned team members across operations, development, farming, etc. - apply here - we are specifically looking for someone to help us to get the word out about Neos to a broader, aligned audience.
One of a kind
I am certain, Neos will be one of the most incredible places to visit, experience and live at on this planet. It’s bold statement, but if you could see everything we have planned and are working on, I believe you would come to the same conclusion.
In a few years from now, many will come to Portugal to visit Neos, because of how we reimagined the human experience on these 1000 acres in the visually and energetically magnificent Alentejo. Nature, animals and humans will be thriving here alike and Neos will give new meaning to well-being and being well.
I believe what we are creating here will not be unique but become common place; it just has not been done before: We are bringing together ancient wisdom, modern life and best practices that allow us to create a place for human thriving. We are not inventing anything new, we just bring it all together in one place.
Though it’s a complex challenge, it’s not rocket science but requires a vision and breadth of understanding coupled with being in deep service and a relentless commitment to making it happen.
In the process, Karen and I are moving from ego ever deeper into service. We are building Neos for the world, not for us, yet it is the place my soul has been yearning for all my life.
As humanity is ever more deeply sinking into separation and disconnection, more and more will conclude that places like Neos are the remedy. It will be what the world wanted and needed.
