Below is a link to register your interest and apply as a new village member.
Further details will be released near the Summer Solstice — two weeks from now. Only those who have entered the application process will be considered.
This is not an open registration. We are not filling this village with whoever arrives first with the most money. There is an alignment process, because who builds this village together determines everything about what it becomes.
Level of financial commitment is one signal of seriousness and helps us build faster. But your story, your skills, your needs, and your vision for this home matter equally. The application process is designed to help us understand who you are — and to help you understand whether Neos is truly right for you.
We are looking for residents, not investors. People who are genuinely ready to contribute to a shared life, do their inner work, and model a new way of being. The number of homes is limited by design. Every person admitted strengthens the village.
