We have a fresh invitation for you to invest in a safe, resilient future.
After an emotional meeting with the seller last week, we were able to push the closing for the land to mid December 2024 — giving a final window for this creation process.
In receiving this gift, we had the opportunity to enquire more deeply, what we wish to now invite in — and the beginning of community is part of that.
We are therefore now welcoming our community to make investments in the form of prepayment — for as little as €10k — to secure future retreats, programs, stays, retreat space rentals OR residential or commercial land use — all with a 50% discount to what will be charged (until end Nov).
That means €200k instead of €100k worth of sqm (square meter of land) to put your beautiful autonomous house, or to place your tiny houses. Or say €30k worth for €15k towards staying with us for periods of time and joining our life changing programs, cutting edge wellbeing center or booking your own retreats (see our existing offerings).
It is also possible to use this credit as a prepayment towards a fully eco-modular style house produced on site by our specialist team, at cost rather than the sales price (also around 50% less than the asked for price next year, i.e. an estimated 1,500-1,800/sqm vs. 3,000+/sqm) - though this is a more complex arrangement, so please email us.
You will essentially be able to use the prepayment towards anything neos·life will be offering — you can decide later what you are called to use it for.

Our regeneration team have now created the zoning for the estate, specifying where the residential housing areas can be — see areas below in white on the south of the central lake (all southwards facing hills or plains).

The different community zones offer a range of options for residents, e.g.
Homes in more or less proximity to each other
Circular clusters within a flat valley or south facing terraces
Situated closer to the well-being centre or more isolated
Situated on more forested land or open
Whoever you are, whatever are your needs to be healthy, vibrant, in your ‘happy place,’ we value you finding it! You will be surrounded by diverse and lush nature, i.e. rewilding, regeneration, farming, agroforestry and wild forests.
Please note that we are seeking to put the land into trust so that it cannot be resold or used for any other purposes. Your payment goes to exclusive access rights to your plot.
Why is neos·life like no other project on the planet?
There are several answers to this.
It is guided by a higher consciousness — addressing the root source of everything.
It integrates all of the regenerative domains needed for a heavenly and resilient civilisation and on a large accessible scale.
It is pragmatic, workable, with a good business model.
1 — Higher Consciousness
By this we mean consciousness that is as far as possible at any given moment, pure and egoless, aligned with higher truth and loving service, in a state of balance— feminine and masculine, intuition with logic, earth and spirit.
Our approach reflects the intersection of two truths:
Consciousness creates reality.
Most ecovillages and intentional communities ‘fail’ their intended vision because of conflict and drama.
Only a consciousness of people collaborating from their innate ‘highest, truest path’ will create the blueprint of heaven on earth that we wish projects like neos·life to be.
This is why the Community Coherence model stresses the importance of people with diverse skills yet total symbiotic alignment and service to the vision — not themselves or their slightly darker or more saturated version of it.
This is also why Vincent and I have been able to make so much progress on multiple projects in a very short timeframe. Creative energy is not being syphoned by inefficient decision making, drama or power struggle.
For us, the decision making and ownership could come from 2 or 200 people. It’s only the consciousness and blueprint coherence that counts.
Trusted Leadership
It must always be our higher selves, divine intelligence, consciousness blueprint, energetic awareness — or however you like to conceptualise it, that is leading— especially for something as impactful as a (new) model for humanity.
This cannot be compromised for the sake of placating people’s wounds, colluding with the trends of woke culture, appeasing the wishes and desires of friends and tribe, or adhering to only a projected image of regenerative culture.
Evolving into a deeper energetic awareness is core to the ‘New Earth Ways’ Cultural Principles, that we invite everyone involved to learn and embody, in order to co-create a more enlightened culture. The truth is that many people starting something as ambitious as an ecovillage, or wellbeing community may have great experience, beautiful ideas, and clever solutions to offer, yet are often still motivated by self-driven (albeit healing) agendas.
I say ‘healing’ because many people are not self-driven in a harmful sense, but rather they are unconsciously driven to resolve their childhood traumas and retrieve missing parts of their soul through acquiring energy and power — to impress, be heard, be right, look good, be worthy.
This will always be part of our inner journeys and community living, but a revolutionary New Earth project cannot be unconsciously led from it. We are excited to be joined by an ever increasing inspirational leadership team in due time.
2 — Integrative & Large Scale
Whilst the project is ‘led’ by consciousness, this is not to be confused with a spiritual image. We aim to create a model for living that provides a solution for humanity in general — one that has broad global appeal, rather than drawing only the alternative tribe.
This project aims to integrate on a large scale:
regeneration & rewilding | resilience & self sufficiency | organic farming | cutting edge wellbeing & holistic healing-health | adult & child education | transformational programs & consciousness expansion | hotel & short term stays | residential long term community in autonomous houses | eco luxury & innovative aspirational living.
How we go about this involves collaborations with multiple expert teams with a whole-systems approach in each of these fields, rooted in the same overarching vision for a better world.
We are excited about the evolution of this blueprint, and will be exploring exactly this in November with 300 global catalytic impact leaders on the Earth One Atlantic Crossing.
3 — Solid pragmatism
Another key differentiating factor in how we are building this community is (again) in daring to go against existing norms in the ecovillage world and make something that is sustainable— financially and for many types of people.
Firstly, this is by bringing our initial focus to building our wellbeing business— which generates cashflow to develop the vision and creates the cultural support infrastructure for community wellbeing and win-win economy.
Secondly, we invite people to buy their home (or later rent once there are available houses for it) and go about their lives as normal — albeit with access to fresh organic food, wellbeing services, personal development programs, community activities, and beautiful nature.
Providing people actually want a healthier, more conscious way of living, in respect for nature, no one is being asked to conform to anything or change their way of life.
Your home is your home. Your place.
You can simply move there with your family, do family life as normal, work from home, take your kids to school (eventually maybe our school), and watch TV in the evening if you want.
You can be a busy family with your own lives, an introvert that wants to just meditate all day, an international business man who is always flying in and out, or of course someone who is actively involved in maintaining the community spaces or working in the well-being complex, or enjoying ecstatic dance and saunas every night.
The point is that no one will be complaining because you haven’t attended three community meetings that week, and you haven’t signed up for the compost round.
This doesn’t have a niche identity. It’s not a plant medicine community, a rainbow community, a polyamorous community, a blockchain community, a vegan community. It’s a ‘you do you’ community — a place where you are encouraged and supported to be your best self and live your best life.
